This is a relaxed guided meditation for you to formally meet your Spirit Guides. A Spirit Guide is someone you chose as your personal assist for this lifetime. It is their job is to watch over and assist you. Everyone has one! Your spirit guide is one of your biggest supporters you should want to meet them. You will also meet your animal totem in this class.

This meditation is performed lying down on the floor. Please dress comfortably and bring a blanket and pillow with you to make yourself comfotable.  Also bring paper or journal and something to write with so you can capture the experience after the meditation.
