During a Home and Office Smudging session, I move stagnant energy out of your building. Using the traditional method of burning sage to clear the energy in your home or office. This method has been used for generations to clear and purify the energy in rooms.

I will also discuss information about energy flow, and ways to keep the energy moving in your home or office space.  We will set clear intentions for your home or office as part of the energy clearing process.  You will keep the remainder of the sage that is used for your home or office.
